One of those rare moments when she really accepts to be photographed.
Back from a rainy weekend at the French sea side ! I was sitting in the metro next to this old woman while she was carefully listening a man, apparently a friend. She didn't hear me taking her portrait, with the camera on my knees. I often use this technic because I like the angle it gives and it's more discreet, I'm not disturbing anyone since they don't know I'm shooting them. You can see other example here, here or here. Paris, France.
Lot of new things happened during the last two months; I moved to Paris (still looking for a none expensive and decent flat), I changed of school and right now doing an internship. Lets say those are the reasons why I was absent for almost 2 months. I don't even remember when I took this portrait. Because of the large amount of tourists in Paris, Parisians don't even care when someone takes a picture. Metro, Paris, France.
Not a so candid portrait of a young Hungarian girl in the bus between the center of Budapest and the airport. Incredible gaze ! Budapest, Hungary
What you are seeing is not snow but hailstone, the poor lady had pain to walk with her dog under the storm. If you want to see an incredible hail storm check this video. By the way I've some more pictures to show you from London and maybe Budapest because I'm going there for one week. Angers, France
Back after a few days in London, I had the occasion to test the D700 and took a tons of photos. I hope I'll have a few more to show you West Kensington Station, London
Elodie's legs in a hotel room after that our car broke down on the highway. The funny part is that even the tow truck broke down. Les Herbiers, France.
Elodie aka Madame Catastrophe which means in french "Misses Desaster", we were on the deserted. By the way you may have noticed that I post less and less pictures and when I post I have to go in my archives. The lack of time du to my studies and parallel school projects are the different reasons. This do not mean that I'm abandoning photography, not at all. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to come here ;) Angers, France.
This photograph was taken in the old industrial area of Saint Pierre des Corps (near Tours, France). In an abandoned wagon. Saint Pierre-des-Corps, France.
It took me more than 10 months to have the authorization to take Elodie's portrait. Sorry for the two personal posts. Angers, France.
During a little excursion in a lost village, very uncommon place. have to see! Trelaze, France.
I can't remember the last time I slept like her and drown my eyes in the sky, looking at stars. Chanceaux, France.
It's up to you to imagine the story behind this picture, I'm curious to know your interpretations. Chanceaux, France.
It's like the light at the end, but sometimes there is miracles. Someone to hold you forever between two world, two time. Saint Pierre des Corps, France.
She saw me with my camera, looked at me and I think she posed. I wasn't enough brave to catch the eye contact. shit. In the bus, Tours, France.
An other time a shot from my trip to Paris with Sayginou. We were at Pompidou and this place was full of life, actually it has always been full of life. Concerning the image, the little girl did something very funny but her mother considered it to be very bad...(she was making faces behind the window and behind a man who was reading a book on the other side of the window). Centre Pompidou, Paris, France.
